Smartfish are an Australian design agency, so we like to keep our logo design team local. We don’t participate in logo design competition sites or outsource to India. Our design team is always on hand to be able to discuss your designs at any stage of the design process, and are available to meet in person, Skype or over the phone to review your designs with you.
YOU HAVE FULLÂ OWNERSHIP OF YOURÂ LOGO
Unlike many other design studios who believe they own the right to the design, we hand full ownership of the logo over to the client upon final completion. We retain no copyright ownership of the logo in any way, allowing you to do whatever you want with your design.
WE PROVIDE THE LOGO FILESÂ IN ALL POPULAR READY TO USE FORMATS
When we complete your logo design we will provide them in popular file formats including JPEG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, SVG, PDF, AI.
We also supply them in Mono, Greyscale, and CMYK (Colour) formats, all ready to use in most applications including signage, clothing, printing, online, and software.
If you require another file format, we will supply this at no extra charge.
3 YEAR BACKUP & ARCHIVE OF YOUR DESIGN
Once the logo has been completed we will archive your design files for a minimum of 3 years at no charge. If you ever lose your design files we will re-supply them to you at no charge.

THE DESIGN BRIEF
We’ll send you a link to our printed version or online design brief. The brief provides us with more information about your business, your target audience & market, and then also any additional information on styles and colours you may like. This helps provide our design team with all the right information to create the perfect design concepts for you.
REVIEW & CONCEPTS
We will review your brief and a senior designer will contact you if they have any questions or suggestions. Then we get to work on your design concepts. Usually we will come up with around 15 or more initial design concepts, but will first present the ones we feel are the best, and will then send them to you for feedback.
